Domus Ventilation, manufacturer of market-leading ventilation systems that save energy and improve indoor air quality, is pleased to announce the appointment of Karolina Maunder as its new National Sales Manager.
Karolina has enjoyed a rich and varied career in customer-relationship management, covering logistics, construction, pest control and the HVAC industry, with sales being her true calling. “After finishing University, I started out as a sales assistant in a large electrical goods store. I have been fascinated with the sales process from day one. I have learnt valuable lessons throughout my carrier so far, which I believe will bring a new knowledge and understanding in my role at Domus Ventilation that will enable my team to move on to even greater successes.”
Having worked in the ventilation sector prior to her previous role as UK Sales Manager for a leading pest management solutions company, Karolina was keen to return to an industry that she has strong feelings about, with a company that has a rich history and is renowned for quality: “Ventilation isn’t just about air circulation – it is about creating environments where people thrive. The blend of engineering precision, environmental impact, and health considerations fascinated me from the beginning. What’s more, the ventilation industry is fluid, meaning we must adhere to ever shifting legislation which is challenging, but one that I welcome. Domus Ventilation has a reputation of setting standards in this industry, so the opportunity to become National Sales Manager was one I relished. Who wouldn’t want to be part of a great operation?!”
Karolina officially joined Domus Ventilation as National Sales Manager in March 2024 and is first and foremost looking forward to “spending valuable time developing a great team”.
