The Walsall Wheelbarrow Company (WWC) is proud to announce that it has officially become a member of EURO CRAFT, one of Europe’s leading buying groups. This marks an exciting step forward in WWC’s growth journey and deepening involvement within the European construction and building materials sector.
WWC have been chosen by the EURO CRAFT Procurement Committee representing all member partners and was unanimously voted into the group. The committee recognised the business as the only British wheelbarrow manufacturer with true heritage, a strong track record of quality, and an innovative product range that brings meaningful synergy to the partnership network. Our commitment to collaboration, product development, and long-term value creation made the business a natural fit for EURO CRAFT’s vision and strategic direction.
On joining Simon Thacker, Sales Director said “For WWC, joining EURO CRAFT represents a unique platform to strengthen relationships, open new market pathways, and showcase what makes the Walsall Wheelbarrow Company a leader in British manufacturing. We look forward to meeting new contacts, gaining fresh perspectives, and demonstrating the quality, capability and heritage that only WWC can offer.”
Commenting on the achievement, Harry Wood NMBS Category Manager said:

Having worked closely with NMBS for over 25 years, this achievement is not only a proud milestone for the Walsall Wheelbarrow Company but also a significant joint venture moment for NMBS, whose support has been integral to our continued success. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Chris Hayward, Baljit Singh and Harry Wood at NMBS.”
