What does drop shipping mean for me?

We want to help you through these tough times. No one could predict what's happening in the world, but it's important to us that we support you in whatever way we can.

Open to all
We have to work together which is why we're opening up our drop shipping facility to all. It's a hassle-free way of a customer getting their tools with as little social interaction as possible. 

Reduced carriage cost for drop shipping and account premises delivery
If an order is placed by phone, email, fax or through your Draper representative, then our drop shipping facility is free of charge for order spend over £125.00 net. If that order is placed through the Draper Tools B2B website, then this is reduced to £70.00 net.

For orders that don't quite meet these spend requirements, we're reducing our delivery charge from £6.50 to £4.95. You'll see this when you're at the checkout. This reduced rate applies to drop ship deliveries and all deliveries into your account premises.

Please note additional charges will apply for delivery to Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Please contact us for POA.

Why are we doing this?
In these times, more and more people are working at home and so this change will hopefully enable you to attract extra business with our carriers delivering directly to your customers.

How do I place an order for drop shipping?
It's simple. Just put the items in your basket and enter a different delivery address at the checkout. Instead, you could speak to your Draper representative, call us or send us an email or fax to sales@drapertools.com and we'll sort it for you. Our awesome customer services team are on hand to help during Monday- Friday, 8.30am - 5pm.
