Keylite Roof Windows partners with Data Yard to simplify compliance

 07 Sep 2026

Keylite Roof Windows (Keylite) has partnered with Data Yard to make it easier for housebuilders, architects and specifiers to access the accurate, standardised product information they need to meet evolving regulatory requirements and maximise sales opportunities.

With more than 10 major product categories, including roof windows, flat roof systems, loft ladders and roof lanterns, identifying the right product to meet the requirements of a specific project can be challenging.

To support this, Keylite has partnered with Data Yard, the UK’s building materials product data exchange platform, to publish structured product data, including compliance data relating to the Building Safety Act and the newly updated Future Homes Standard.

Data Yard was specifically developed in response to increasing legal and regulatory demands. The platform offers housebuilders, architects and specifiers access to comprehensive data completeness and standardisation reporting, helping them understand current and future product information requirements. Buying groups can quickly and easily access accurate information, reducing the time spent reformatting data and correcting incomplete product records.

Data Yard also integrates with ERP systems, e-commerce platforms and catalogue management, reducing manual data entry and the risk of error. This helps improve product listings, reduce customer queries and returns, and enhance online sales performance.

Better product data leads to more accurate listings, stronger search visibility and increased product exposure. Partnering with Data Yard enables Keylite to provide its housebuilder partners with the accurate, up-to-date information they need to ensure compliance.

Ross Telford, Head of Marketing at Keylite Roof Windows, said: “We’re delighted to launch Keylite’s PIM data onto the Data Yard platform. It includes everything housebuilders, architects and specifiers need, in the right format to meet regulations.

“We’ve seen increasing requests for richer product data, and standardisation of information is key in the construction industry with the diverse range of products available.  This partnership makes it far easier for our partners to access what they need, when they need it.”
