Data Plus launches to NMBS members and suppliers

Quality data is the new gold. Data Plus offers simplified invoice management, integrated rebate tracking and detailed reporting features, giving users better insight into their business through NMBS.

Making connections easier than ever

One of the standout features of the new Data Plus is its improved functionality for managing transfers and referrals between merchants and suppliers. Instead of relying on separate systems or manual processes, users can now request to trade with a new supplier directly through the platform. This helps merchants connect with new suppliers quickly and gives suppliers a simple way to accept new trade requests and expand their customer base.

The platform’s streamlined invoicing process ensures that transfers are fully integrated into existing rebate and credit arrangements, so both parties can confidently manage their finances.

In addition to this, Data Plus consolidates key reporting features, allowing merchants and suppliers to access turnover data, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) reports and purchase insights in real-time. This empowers users to make more informed decisions and track their trading performance more effectively.

Continually progressing

With almost all users now migrated to Data Plus, the old NMBS Report Centre has been effectively retired for external users. This transition to Data Plus ensures members and suppliers have a consistent and up-to-date experience, with no need to revert to older systems.
