Title: E-Commerce Assistant

Department: Trading

Reports Directly to: E-Commerce Manager

Role Summary

The key role of the E-Commerce Assistant is to work within the Trading department supporting the E-Commerce Manager in the delivery of the core business strategy and OnePlace Platform. The person fulfilling the role would enjoy challenging situations and have the ability to work within the broad parameters of the organisation.

Title: Purchase Ledger Administrator

Department: Finance

Reports Directly to: Purchase Ledger Manager

Role Purpose
To accurately maintain supplier accounts, as allocated

Key Accountabilities
• For all allocated supplier accounts:
    o Any received in Excel to be reconciled each month
    o Any top 20 to be reconciled EVERY month
    o Reconcile remainder every 90 days, as determined by the section’s rota
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure outstanding queries are resolved
• Liaise with members to ensure outstanding queries are repaid
• Proactively work on debit notes over 90 days in order to achieve the team KPIs
• Prepare analysis required for supplier meetings, as necessary
• Be able to present an overview of NMBS to suppliers in meetings, as required
• Any other duties which may arise through this position
