HOPPE UK: Setting the Standards |
HOPPE UK “Limit Their Risk” with regard to Architectural Hardware

HOPPE UK are committed to ensuring that we meet all the relevant standards when it comes to our products and service. We recognise that being a market leader gives us the responsibility to set the standard for the architectural hardware industry, with this in mind we invited Jacky Sinclair of JRS Consultancy to our recent sales meeting.
Jacky Sinclair has over 30 years industry experience and she has worked for many of the major organisations in the industry. She now runs JRS Consultancy, a company who specialise in skills such as the management of product testing and certification, packing, fixing instructions and literature.
Jacky has produced a seminar called “Limiting Your Risk” and is currently undertaking a tour of the IAI regional branches to conduct it. HOPPE UK has recognised the need for all our sales team to be completely up to date on the current requirements for the specification of hardware, particurly with so much low quality products on the market with either no certification or false claims with regard to testing. HOPPE UK commissioned Jacky to conduct the presentation to our sales team at our head office on the 10th June 2011.
The consequences of supplying products with no certification or false claims being made with regard to its performance.
•Legal action against your company including fine penalties and prison sentences
•Loss of clients
•Cost of supplying free of charge suitable replacements
•Labour and compensation costs
•Loss of stock
•Loss of website/literature
•Bad publicity
HOPPE UK remains committed to our “Duty Of Care” with regard to providing our customers with product carrying the correct standards. In turn this gives our customers complete comfort when specifying a HOPPE/ARRONE product, safe in the knowledge that they will not become involved risking costly litigation claims in the future.
